As for HP-UX, I don't have right now a system under hand to test, but I<br>
remember that defining _HPUX_SOURCE helps greatly when compiling.<br>
<br>
$ CFLAGS="-O2 -whateverflagsyouwant -D_HPUX_SOURCE" ./configure<br>
$ make<br>
