<div>well guys that problem is solved now. I have another issue with NRPE. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>the computer which I need to monitor is running NRPE with IP <a href="http://10.0.0.3">10.0.0.3</a>. The server being <a href="http://10.0.0.2">10.0.0.2</a>.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>on the client/remote computer side I have put the server address as <a href="http://10.0.0.2">10.0.0.2</a>, the port is 5666, the dont blame nrpe option is set to 1, and host allowed has the entry of the servers address in the
nrpe.cfg file. Still when I try to monitor I get connection not allowed.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Any probable reasons for that, if permisible I can attach the nrpe.cfg file and the entries in my localhost.cfg, and commands.cfg file. Looking forward for urgent replies.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Cheers!!</div>
