Sorry if this has been asked 100 times... I keep getting Warning / OK emails on one of routers that are checked with this command:<br><br>command_line /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_ping -H '$HOSTADDRESS$' -w 5000,100% -c 5000,100% -p 1 -4<br>
<br>I know the thresholds are too high, but let's forget about that for a moment. <br><br>As I understand the 5000 is the round-trip time and 100% is the packet loss. The -w and -c raise a Warning and Critical respectively. The problem is that the warning email I get lists the RTA as about 170 and the packet loss is 0%. So, why are the Warnings triggered?<br>
