[Nagiosplug-help] Plugins are not working

Hello All,

I have installed Nagios sucessfully, my web-console is comming right but the plugins are not working. I don't know why, can anyone tell me why is it happenig. Also tell me the solution. Every host is showing as red and service as critical.
