I put getloadavg.c into CVS, but I'm pretty sure there are configure.in
changes still required. I won't be able to do those until tonight. But
if you want to try and get it detected, I'll look for a patch. Basicaly,
I think, there an m4. that needs to be referenced in acinclude.m4 (I
think) to allow getloadavg.c to be detected in the plusins directory.

(I grabbed both from the mots recent sh-utils)
