I'm not sure if this will work, but theoretically, could you use CygWin on
an NT box, run sshd on it and execute Nagios checks over ssh, and write
them in bash or perl on the NT machine.
Although I'm not in front of a CygWin box, so I couldn't guarantee that
you have access to the process table.
