[Nagiosplug-help] return code of 127 is out of bounds plugin may be missing

I have a very strange problem. When i checked nagios from web interface
first time, it works great. but when i reload the page a few times, it
begins to being strange and giving the following error. "return code of 127
is out of bounds plugin may be missing ". Something goes wrong but what.
need help :).
