[Nagiosplug-help] return code of 127 is out of bounds plugin may be missing

Hello,

I think it has been discussed a few times on the developer mailinglist, in
most of this cases the problem is a wrong permission on your resources.cfg
file.

E.g. Youre reloading nagios under the useraccount nagios and the
resource.cfg file is readable as root only.
